The Hort Park In Singapore

Alright, today i went to the HortPark in Singapore, seems quite good with good scenery, heres some description from the National Parks Singapore website.

"HortPark is a one-stop gardening hub that brings together gardening-relat
ed, recreational, educational, research and retail activities under one big canopy in a park setting. It is a knowledge hub for plants and gardening and provides the platform for the industry to share best practices and showcase garden designs, products and services. This 23-hectare regional park in South-Western Singapore is also a park connector, connecting Telok Blangah Hill Park to Kent Ridge Park.

As a gardening hub, HortPark aspires to nurture a gardening culture by focusing on 3 key areas of:

1.learning and education;
2.industry partnership and collaboration;
3.events and activities.

HortPark has interactive and fun-filled programmes for learning and education. There is also a calendar of events and activities to generate and sustain long-term interest, enhance awareness and encourage industry partners to seek out new concepts, products and technologies.

With activities like guided tours, talks and workshops, learning in HortPark goes beyond textbooks."

Well, HortPark is a good place to go, accept that the scenery there looks breath taking, love the wide array of flowers there albeit too hot. The tables and chairs near the pond (big one) looks wet, but sit-able. Saw some insects there, got chua tio by a bee, even though it did not hurt me or anything, but phobia about insects scares me. >.>
